Selenomethionine, an organic form of selenium, is a readily absorbable form of this essential trace mineral. Selenium functions as an integral part of glutathione peroxidase, an important antioxidant enzyme, and is required for normal thyroid function.

Selenium (as selenomethionine).
Other ingredients: Cellulose, capsule shell (gelatin and water), magnesium stearate (vegetable source) and stearic acid (vegetable source).
